Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

No minimum order quantity limited,any quantity is welcomed.(kindly note:For oversea's buyers. MOQ is 3~5pcs is recommended, instead of 1 pcs only. because that one pcs will be high in price including the FOB cost and Sea Freight cost.)

Shipment service

We can help to find a good shipping forwarder to ship the goods to the destination port. However, if you have a good shipping forwarder, we can also use yours.

Inspect  goods 

We're warmly welcome to clients coming to our factory to inspect the goods, please kind inform us the specific time ahead,Or any inspection orgazation for checking goods. Or we'll send the more details high definition goods photos at the first time to you for confirm and loading details. 

Price terms

FOB Shenzhen for 40ft GP or 40ft HC container; FCA for 20ft container; EXW for less container loaded.

We provide 12-24 months products warranty to make sure our customers obtain quality products.

Production lead time 

One 20ft container  20-25 days   One 40ft or 40'HC container will be 20~30 days.  Less container loaded (LCL) products same production time as one 20 ft container. (noted:if one container mix over 20 items,please give us 1 week more for production; if one container mix over 30 items, please give us 2 weeks more for production.)

Q1: Can I have a sample order for the chair & table ?A1: Surely, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.  

Q2:  What about lead time ? 

A2: Sample needs 10-15 days, mass production time needs 4-5 weeks based on order quantity.  

Q3. Do you have any MOQ for sofa / chair / table order?

A3: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available  

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by sea due to it’s heavy and big volume, For Europe, some countries it’s will takes around 1 months, the specific time will depends on the destination seaport and vessel co, please feel free to contact for more info.  

Q5: How to proceed an order for armchair/table ?

A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly, We arrange the production and deliver the goods once it's ready.   

Q6: Is it OK make my Logo on the goods ?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.  

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 12-24 months warranty, all the eames office chair it's comes with 2 years warranty, other items it's 1 year warranty.  

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1 %. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will make the replacement if it’s our quality issue. For 

defective part of goods which can be movable, we will resend the new accessory or we can discuss the solution including recall according to real situation.
